Each room has been designated for a certain activity, please book a room according to the activity you wish to participate in.
Please note we may not be able to move furniture in case the room has been booked

Rules for booking
- Bookings need to be made at least a day in advance.
- A £5 booking deposit per a person is required. This will cover your entry fee, Patron members will be refunded upon arrival.
- Failing to attend on your allotted day will result in the loss of your deposit.
- If you require the use of an entire room then you will need to book all available places in the room.
- Each room will have a set list of activities that can be done within it. Please check the room description prior to booking.
- Rooms can be booked up to 28 days in advance and the same room can be booked multiple times for your use (such as for weekly RPG’s). Payment will be required for each booking.
- Rooms cannot be cancelled once booked.
